Requesting Access to the PRDVM

Once the SO selects the DVC, the next step is to request access to the PRDVM in the HPMS. The PRDVM allows DVC users to upload the EES (Appendix B) and submit DV findings to CMS. 

CMS assigns credentials to users that allow them to access only the PRDVM and those SOs, contracts, or both, with which they’re connected. 

We recommend that users compare the contract numbers specified for the SO in the PRDVM with those in the current DV cycle to make sure that the PRDVM will accept data for all active contract numbers. 

The DVC uses these credentials to upload the EES (Appendix B) into the PRDVM and submit DV findings to CMS no earlier than April 1 or later than June 15 of the calendar year.
