Instructions for Completing the OAI

SOs should submit the OAI (Appendix E), documentation, and any other information to the DVC electronically.

The SO makes sure that it has set up mutually agreeable methods for sharing proprietary or secure information, like Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII), with the DVC and that the DVC complies with all HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
