DVCs intend for the Interview Discussion Guide to help discussions between the DVC and the SO’s report owners and subject matter experts during the on-site or virtual visit.

The guide is a flexible tool intended as a reference guide for discussions.

The DVC may alter or combine the questions as appropriate depending on the information they need and time available.

The DVC should include more reporting section questions as needed. Don’t rely solely on the questions provided.
