Purpose & Preparation for Site Visit

Refer to Appendix G: Example Site Visit Agenda of the DV Manual to use as a template when you develop the agenda.

The purpose of the on-site or virtual visit is for the DVC to perform the following activities:

• Conduct interviews with the SO’s staff
• Observe the SO’s reporting processes
• Obtain outstanding census or sample files to support the validation of Part C and Part D Reporting sections
