Extraction of the Sample Data

CMS requires the DVC to use the following guidance about identifying data samples:

Level of samples	Conduct sampling at the contract or PBP level, depending on the reporting section
Number of samples	Use 1 sample when an SO’s multiple contracts use the same data sources and processes Use separate samples for each unique contract if multiple contracts use differing data sources and processes
