Evaluating the Data
The DVC evaluates the data submissions for overall data accuracy for missing information, invalid fields, implausible fields or range checks, demographic errors, or other errors causing linkage or data aggregation failures.
The DVC evaluates data in conjunction with the programming code, spreadsheet formulas, analysis plans, saved data queries, file layouts, and process flows, given by the SO.
The DVC evaluates source data for the number and percentage of errors or variance from HPMS-filed data. An error is any discrepancy that either changed the number of events reported or has the potential to change the number of events reported in future reporting periods.
