Columns show:

• The standard/sub-standard ID
• A description of each standard/sub-standard
• The connected data elements (applicable to Sub-Standards 3a and 3b only)

Fields capture:

• The data sources used by the reviewer for each standard in a text-entry field up to 4,000 characters
• A description of the review results for each standard/sub-standard in a text-entry field up to 4,000 characters
• Findings reported using a binary scale or a 5-point Likert scale
